We have a garden! I'm very excited about growing tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers of various sorts, cilantro, Greek oregano, lavender, rosemary, onions and carrots. Hopefully, this square foot gardening thing will work out and we'll have a fair number of vegetables. We also have blueberry bushes and blackberry bushes, but they're not part of the square foot gardening thing.
The empty spots are where we planted seeds (carrots and green onions).
In other yard-related news, BOTH of our bluebird boxes have nests! This is good news considering we had no tenants last year. My fingers are crossed that we'll have babies later in the Spring.
